By creating an account or using the Aurum Capital Finance platform you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure below. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility & KYC
Access to funding, copy-trading, and withdrawal features requires successful identity verification (KYC). We may request additional documentation and may restrict service in certain regions due to local regulation.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading and investing involve substantial risk including possible loss of principal. Past performance of copied investors or automated strategies is not indicative of future results. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Do not invest funds you cannot afford to lose.
4. Funding & withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum thresholds, regional rules, and AML screening. Pending operations may be reviewed manually. We do not guarantee processing times.
5. Copy trading
Mirroring an investor's positions is at your sole discretion. Aurum Capital Finance provides position sizing, audit logs and lifecycle synchronization, but does not warrant any specific outcome. You may stop copying at any time.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Accounts found in violation may be frozen and reported to authorities.
7. Privacy
We collect only the personal data necessary to operate the platform, comply with regulation, and provide support. See the Privacy Policy section below for details on collection, processing and your data rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum Capital Finance, its affiliates and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
